Look for a doctor by using either:
Searching as a member: Log in with a username and password or with the member number on your ID card.
Search as guest: Select National PPO (BlueCard PPO)
Select the Find Care option on the welcome menu. Choose who you would like to see. Search for a doctor nearby or use a doctor’s name. Select a provider to see more details.
